A PVA will provide information for the development of effective management practices for the Nightingale Reed-warbler on Saipan, assist in the assessment of development project impacts, assess the importance of conservation areas, and identify critical life stages. It will also reveal what additional information is needed to improve the model to further guide management actions. A Notice of Intent, including name, contact details and a statement that they intend to submit a proposal, MAY be submitted to Lainie Zarones, DLNR, email lzarones@gmail.com, by no later than the close of business, August 26, 2014, Chamorro Standard Time, UTC +10 hours. All prospective applicants who send their Notice of Intent by this date will receive a copy of all questions from other prospective applicants and the reply. A Notice of Intent is not mandatory – proposals will still be accepted even if the Notice of Intent was not received.
