We invite applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the Department of Biology with expertise in vertebrate animal behavior and evolution. We believe doing science is the best way to learn science, and we prize transformative and inclusive undergraduate mentorship starting in the classroom and extending to our research programs. The ideal candidate will conduct research centered on understanding vertebrate behavior in either terrestrial, freshwater or marine systems, and should be committed to developing a productive, inclusive, and externally funded research program involving undergraduates.
