JanWin Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Arctic terns, breeding in the northern part of the Netherlands, have been tagged with geolocators. It revealed a spectacular flyway through the Atlantic and Indian Ocean towards the Antarctic. Two individuals passed southern Australia and one even passed New Zealand towards Wilkes Land in the east Antarctic.
