Ducks Unlimited is partnering with the USDA to help Louisiana landowners improve theirs. (Photo by Todd Masson, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune) (Todd Masson) Louisiana -- If you're a landowner, and you'd like to see some additional funds in your bank account to improve your duck habitat, the Natural Resources Conservation Service would like to help. A division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the NRCS is offering technical and financial assistance to agricultural producers in 22 parishes to develop and enhance habitat for migrating birds.
