Attached please find finalized Waterbird Society Committee plans for 2013.  Draft plans were made available to the membership before our annual meeting in August, at which time Council discussed, amended and approved these plans.  Please note, all committees have open memberships.  We welcome your feedback and participation.  Committee chair contact information is included in each plan.
