A Workshop on Raptor Field Techniques will be held at Hawk Mountain, Pennsylvania in June (20th-23th) and late October-November (31st-3rd).  Ideal for students, professionals, or interested naturalists needing training on handling or trapping raptors, and other field study techniques. Topics covered banding, telemetry, surveys, identification, etc. June course focuses on nesting season work, October workshop on migration studies. Course manual and certificate provided to participants. Cost $675 with discount for Hawk Mountain members. Possible IDEA grant for students that qualify. Free on site camping available.
