For the first time,a joint meeting between the Raptor Research Foundation, the Neotropical Raptor Network (The Peregrine Fund) and the World Working Group on Birds of Prey and Owls will take place in South America. A perfect mixture of wild nature and cultural heritage awaits you, so mark your calendars now and we will ensure that you experience all the wondersthe city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia and Argentina have to offer.

 

This international meeting will be held 21-24 October 2013 in the heart of Nahuel Huapi National Park, Bariloche City, Rio Negro province, Argentina. The conference will be hosted by the Universidad Nacional del Comahue – INIBIOMA/CONICET, Bariloche, Argentina. Pre (workshops) and post (field trips) conferences activities are also offered.

 

The conference venue is the Hotel Panamericano Bariloche, a five star hotel in downtown Bariloche. The local organizing committee chairs are Drs. Miguel D. Saggese, (College of Veterinary Medicine-Western University of Health Sciences, California, USA), Valeria Ojeda and Sergio A. Lambertucci (Laboratorio Ecotono, Universidad Nacional del Comahue – INIBIOMA/CONICET, Bariloche, Rio Negro, Argentina).
