Chris Merkord Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Two senators from South Dakota and Minnesota introduced a bill that would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from issuing regulation on lead ammunition and fishing tackle under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The bill would permanently continue a 12-month ban on EPA regulation of lead ammunition and tack contained in the 2015 spending bill.
