RSPB Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 A growing offshore wind industry is critical if the UK is to continue to cut its emissions and fight climate change, but the RSPB believes that consent of the Hornsea One offshore wind farm (100km from the East Yorkshire coast) is unsatisfactory for several reasons, but principally because of the high collision risk for seabirds using the area.
