The attached Midwest Region Joint Ventures Request for Proposals (RFP)  is now posted on Grants.gov, Funding Opportunity Number F15AS00024.  We are seeking quality research, monitoring, habitat or outreach cost-share proposals that will address the bird conservation goals of the eastern Prairie Pothole and Upper Mississippi River/Great Lakes Joint Ventures.  Due date for receipt of proposals is January 9, 2015. All non-Federal applicants must apply for funds through this Grants.gov announcement. Please share this announcement with potential applicants within your organization.
