Fern Davies
Biodiversity Informatics Training Curriculum: Biodiversity Inventories Course, 2-14 March 2015 This course is designed to explore the challenges associated with designing and carrying out biodiversity inventories. The course will begin with one week of instruction in a classroom setting, with hands-on exercises regarding analysis of data that result from such efforts. (We are exploring the possibility of a one-day workshop on Species Descriptions as well.) The second week will consist of actual inventory development onsite in lowland rainforest in Korup National Park (Cameroon). Focus will be on plants, reptiles, amphibians, and birds.
