Wildlife Agency Adds Bird Species to Protected Migratory Bird List

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has revised the formal List of Migratory Birds that are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and other laws by adding 23 species to the list and removing four, bringing the total number of birds protected under those laws to 1,026.
