The duties of this new position will include developing, delivering and evaluating educational programs at the National Zoo's new Bird House/Observatory, among other duties under the supervision of the zoo's education department.
Ideal candidates will have experience in interpreting science and nature for the public and in conducting bird banding demonstrations. Spanish proficiency is a big plus. Additional desired skills, salary and other details are listed in the announcement
This is a full-time position with an initial one year appintment. The position will be extended based on available funding.
