Frances M. Peacock Scholarship for Native Bird Habitat - Application Portal Now Open

The Frances M. Peacock Scholarship for Native Bird Habitat is supported by the Garden Club of America. It provides a scholarship of up to $4,500 for work in the United States concerning habitats of threatened or endangered bird species, with the potential to provide useful information for land-management decisions. The scholarship is open to college seniors and graduate students only (second-semester juniors may apply for their senior year in college). Eligibility is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are enrolled in a U.S.-based institution. Projects funded by this award must be conducted within the political boundaries of the United States (including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
