What for: Helping on my PhD research on the ecology of fear on the zebra finch. Zebra finches are well studied in captivity, however little is known in the wild. In this project, series of experiments will be conducted on how zebra finches are using their landscape (eating without being eaten).
Possibility to conduct a side project.
Where: Accommodation in Fowlers Gap Research station, 110km north from Broken Hill, NSW, Australia.
How long: I am going to be there up to 1.5 months (11 June until 31 of July). I am looking for volunteers to stay at least 3 weeks, longer period will be preferred.
Possibility to continue on similar project after that date.

Enjoying Team work
Ok to do repetitive tasks over long period of time
Responsible (remote area)
Fluent in English (or knowledge in English and fluent in French or German)
Costs: Accommodation will be covered, possibility to get help for some inland travel and food costs (depending on the period of time you can help).
