40TH ANNUAL MEETING OF PACIFIC SEABIRD GROUP, 20-24 February 2013, Portland Oregon

 

For seabird researchers, managers, enthusiasts...Did the deadline for submission of abstracts to the 40th Annual Meeting of the PSG pass you by? Fear not! The deadline has been extended through December 30. Please follow the instructions for abstract submission posted on PSG's website and send your submission to Doug Forsell: http://www.pacificse...eeting&t=Annual Please fire away if you would like give a paper or poster at PSG in Portland - even if, like most of our Federal colleagues, you are not yet certain whether you will attend.

We will, as always, have a top-notch scientific program, including special sessions on Marbled Murrelet ecology and management and seabirds and marine spatial planning. Zach Peery, Dan Roby, and Bob Riseborough will give plenary talks.

 

The early registration deadline is January 4, and the deadline for obtaining the special conference rate on rooms at the Hilton is January 20.

 

Rates and Reservations:

 

Room rates are $113/night single or double occupancy, $123/night for three and $133/night for four. For students, room rates are $99.00/night for up to four people/room.
