clifford
Hi All, I have inherited a series of .lig files for a geolocator analyses. My initial results are pretty wonky, with large unexpected deviations in longitude. I understand this could be due to clock drift. I'm wondering if there is a way to confirm whether or not the .lig files are adjusted for drift and, if not, how to manually adjust for drift in R. Specifically, I am unsure of what stage in the analysis to implement a clock drift adjustment or time vector to use as the argument for driftAdjust() (presumably Date in .lig file?) in the BAStags package. Thanks in advance for any advice.
