Fern Davies Posted August 31, 2012 Share Posted August 31, 2012 Deadlines for early registration and reserving hotel rooms at the conference rate are quickly approaching for the Bird Conservation Conference in the Northeast. Early registration ends on September 15th, after which registration costs will increase by 20%. Please register soon to take advantage of the low early registration rates. Also remember that all presenters and session organizers are expected to register by the early deadline to ensure their place on the conference program. We plan to have a draft of the detailed conference program and schedule posted on the website next week. To get the low conference rate on hotel rooms ($90/night for a two-person room compared to $139/night regularly), you will need to make room reservations by September 17th. Call 508-747-4900 to make your reservation directly with the Plymouth Radisson or 800-333-3333 (which is the central Radisson reservations desk, so let them know you want the Radisson in Plymouth, MA), and mention that you are with the Mass Audubon Conference to get the conference rate.
