The winner willreceive $250 and have their image published on the cover of the journalBioScience.The competition recognizes scientists who use imagery to communicateaspects of biological research to the public and policymakers.The theme of the contest is “Faces of Biology.†Photographs entered intothe competition must depict a person, such as a scientist, technician, orstudent, engaging in biological research.
