Spring & Summer Bird Banding classes in WV & MN

In spring and summer of 2015 The Institute for Bird Populations is working
with local hosts to offer bird banding classes. Past participants have
raved about the beautiful scenery and accommodations at both of these
locations. We are very proud of our training programs and combined with the
great sites we highly recommend these classes. We hope to see you there!

A beginner banding class will be held at the Opossum Creek Retreat/New River
Birding and Nature Center in south central West Virginia just minutes from
the New River Gorge National River. The class will be held May 4-10, 2015.

Two banding classes will be held at the Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning
Center in northeastern Minnesota this summer. The advanced class will be
held June 15 - 19, 2015 and the beginner will be held June 21 - 28, 2014.
