Call for Oystercatcher Symposium papers to present at 2015 Waterbird Society meeting

The American Oystercatcher Working Group is holding a symposium on Oystercatchers at the 2015 Waterbird Society meeting in Bar Harbor, ME.  The symposium will focus on ecology and conservation of Oystercatchers on topics of general interest to a broad audience.  We anticipate publication of the symposium in a special issue of Waterbirds.  Papers on all Western Hemisphere Oystercatcher species are welcome. 

If you have an interest in presenting a paper at the Oystercatcher symposium, please fill out the following information and return by December 1, 2014 to pamela_denmon@fws.gov.  Abstracts or summaries will be required for selected papers by Jan 30, 2015.
