Jeff Spendelow Posted January 7, 2014 Share Posted January 7, 2014 Did Council ever officially vote to become a "member" of the World Seabird Union? If the WSU does what they did at their 1st conference and only allows papers on "seabirds" (and not on all other species of waterbirds) at their 2nd conference, should we officially sponsor this meeting?
