Adding Job

  • Position title

  • Name of the employing agency, company, or university.

  • Location where the job is to be performed.

  • Country where the job is to be performed
  • Icon
    Last date to apply, if applicable.

  • Is this position open until filled? If yes, any date entered in the "Last Date to Apply" field will be disregarded.

  • Position description, e.g. duties, qualifications, start date, compensation, and application information.

    For plain text, use the "Paste as Plain Text" button (top row, 3rd from right) or paste, select all, and then click the "Remove Formatting" button (top row, 2nd from left). To make plain text the default, click the Options button (top right).

    To paste from Microsoft Word maintaining formatting, click the "Paste from Word" button.

    If no toolbar is visible, click the left arrow in the top right corner of the box.

    Attach Files

       You have exceeded your allotted disk space for attachments

    If needed, add attachments here. Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat file are allowed (doc, docx, pdf file extensions). First click CHOOSE FILE, then ADD FILE, and then, "ADD TO JOB". The third step is very important.
