Description The Delta Waterfowl Foundation embarked on a Great Lakes Initiative in 2016. This Initiative involves numerous Delta delivery programs throughout the Great Lakes region. As part of the Initiative, Delta is hiring an Ontario Waterfowl Programs Manager to lead and deliver various programs and assist with fundraising. Duties will include, but are not limited to, oversight of Delta's Hunting Heritage and Conservation Center, promotion and delivery of youth hunting courses and Delta's First Hunt Program, delivery of Delta's Hen House program in Ontario, assistance with fundraising and grant development, preparation and delivery of presentations about Delta's mission and accomplishments, and assistance with various research projects. Delta Waterfowl will offer a competitive salary and benefits package for this position.


Qualifications The successful candidate must be personable, energetic, self-motivated and passionate about waterfowl and waterfowl hunting. Candidate must have a Masters in a biological science/wildlife degree program and at least 5 years of professional waterfowl/wetland experience or a Bachelors of Science with 10 years of experience.
