    Field assistant for work on songbirds in British Columbia needed

    Field assistant needed for variable dates between May and August (2 weeks to two months) to help with radio telemetry, mist-netting, banding, fitting tracking devices and morphometric data collection. Applicants should enjoy being outdoors (we will be camping close to the field sites) and should be willing to work outside under any weather conditions. Previous bird handling experience is not required but favored. 

    In this project, we will track songbirds on migration to quantify the phenotype of a long-distance migrant.
