    The Wyoming Wetland Society is seeking a self-motivated individual to lead and expand efforts and partnerships of the WWS. The Executive Director (ED) oversees all aspects of the WWS and its programs including activities and work schedules for permanent and seasonal employees and evaluation and hiring of employees and interns.  Maintains and cares for captive Trumpeter Swans for the purpose of producing cygnets for reintroduction efforts in the Rocky Mountain region. Cares for trumpeter swans including rearing, cleaning and monitoring for health and disease. Develops and maintains partnerships with agency and NGO partners with considerable contact with the public, State, Federal agencies and other non-profits. WWS is a small organization and therefore the ED must maintain flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of activities and roles to make WWS successful.    

    The ED provides support to the President of the Wyoming Wetland Society (WWS) and prepares annual reports and updates for the WWS board. Leads fundraising efforts to maintain and expand WWS efforts including the development of grants for funding.  Analysis of data and summarizes for board review. Prepares professional papers and presents results of research and management at professional and popular venues.
