    The Biology Department of Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a one-
    year VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR position in ecology, beginning July 2018. Rank
    will be Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor depending on qualifications.
    Candidates should possess or be close to completing a doctorate with demonstrated
    strengths in teaching and research in field and/or laboratory settings, and broad
    interests in ecology. Teaching responsibilities will include an upper-level
    lecture/laboratory course in ecology and lectures and laboratories in an evolution-
    centered introductory course that includes basic ecology and Mendelian genetics.
    Franklin & Marshall is a small (enrollment 2400), highly selective coeducational liberal
    arts college with a tradition of excellence in science and student research.
