Information is updated on the meeting web site (www.birdmeetings.org/aou2011) as you make your plans. We hope you will be attending the meeting and that you make register for the meeting as soon as possible so that we can prepare the materials and include you in the various activities. The meeting will take place at the Hyatt Hotel Riverside in Jacksonville and AOU has made a commitment for a block of rooms that gives us the meeting space required. This has allowed us to keep meeting costs down and provide a quality experience for participants. We ask that you support AOU and make your hotel reservations at the Hyatt before the deadline of June 24th. Rooms are available at a very low rate of $109 single or double occupancy so sharing a room provides a low cost option and gets you right at the location of all the meeting activities.If you would like to share the cost of the room, contact Lynda West (lyndaw@sgmeet.com). A list of others wishing to share a room will be provided. You will be able to contact those on the list and make your own arrangements. By staying at the Hyatt, you are helping to reduce costs for the meeting, and are supporting the AOU. The phone number for reservations is (888) 421-1442.
