Dear colleagues,

Registration is now open for the five week online training course
Data Analysis in Ecology: Statistics for Field Biologists and
Ecologists at the University of Oxford starting 30 October 2015.

The final registration deadline is 14 October 2015.

This part-time course is taught online by Dr Thomas Hesselberg,
Research Associate at the Oxford Silk Group at the Department of
Zoology, University of Oxford. The course provides a thorough
introduction to the statistical principles and methods encountered by
ecologists, and covers training in QED Statistics and R. The cost of
QED statistics is included in the course fee, please visit our
website for IT Requirements.

The course will be of value to practitioners, students and
researchers across ecology and the environmental sciences that are
seeking the skills and knowledge to undertake effective ecological
surveys from planning stages through to delivery and reporting. A
special student rate is available for currently registered graduate
