Funding Opportunity Description: This program is directed to advancing landscape level migratory bird conservation within the Harney Basin in southeast Oregon. Priorities are the direct benefits to migratory birds by creating and supporting place based collaboratives advancing protection of traditional flood irrigation practices on private lands as well as addressing invasive species on USFWS and private lands.
